My name is Becky Ramirez and I am so excited to be part of the San Tan Learning community as a first grade teacher! I was born and raised in Arizona and my hometown is Florence. I attended Northern Arizona University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education Summa Cum Laude followed by a Master’s degree in Elementary Education with distinction. I have been teaching for 13 years. I taught first grade for 6 years, was a K-3 Title I Reading Specialist for 6 years, and taught preschool for 1 year. My husband, Andrew, and I have been married 11 years and we have three amazing sons: Mikel, Matthew, and A.J., who will also be attending San Tan Learning Center. I am a life long learner and I always enjoy bringing my learning experiences into my classroom. I enjoy cooking, reading, camping, hunting, watching my boys play sports, and spending time with my family. I am looking forward to all the new learning experiences that my students and I will share this year.
