Hello!! My name is Mary Bak. I grew up in Morris, Illinois. In my family there are three children. I have an older brother and one younger sister. My sister is married and has two little girls. My brother has recently retired from the military after 20 years of service. My mom and I followed my sister in July of 2004, six months after she moved to Queen Creek, Arizona. This move was one of the most exciting and interesting trips I have ever experienced.
My work experience has revolved around children in one way or another. As a teenager I babysat and once I graduated high school I began working at a preschool in Illinois for six years until I moved. While working there, I received my Child Care Professionals Certification in 2001. Since I’ve been in Arizona I have finished my Montessori training at South Mountain Community College in May 2010. I am currently enrolled in Arizona State University to complete a Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology.
