I am the mother of two beautiful children; Nicole who is 13 years old, and Parker who is 11 years old. They both will be attending middle school together.
I graduated from Deer Valley High School, I received an Arizona General Education Curriculum Certificate from Scottsdale Community College, and completed my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University. I am a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, Gold Key International Honor Society, and Sigma Alpha Lambda National Leadership & Honors Organization.
Before teaching at San Tan Learning Center I was a reading and language tutor at Steps 2 Success Tutoring Center, a substitute teacher, and a part-time employee at Pier1 Imports. I did my interning, practicum hours and student teaching in the Scottsdale School District. I have had the opportunity to teach Kindergarten, First Grade, Second Grade, Fourth Grade, and Fifth Grade.
