This week we performed fitness assessments on all students grades k-7.  Our different tests included: arm strength, flexibility, endurance,  and leg strength. All of the students did a wonderful job, and we are so excited to see them progress throughout the year with daily P.E.

8/1/2011

We are looking forward to a fantastic 2011-2012 school year! We understand the value of daily fitness for our youth. The benefits are a combination of more energy, sharper memory, and increased self-esteem. Childhood obesity  is on the rise, and we believe that daily physical fitness will help them be successful in their daily lives!

We have previously worked together in educating children and developing their healthy lifestyles. Individually we have knowledge and experience in nutrition, exercise, health, and character, but together as a team we bring a dynamic combination of positive energy and passion for children.

We feel this will be a fun and innovative year, and appreciate all your support!
