Alicia passionately believes that all children hold an enormous potential for possibility within them. It is the possibility that each individual has an incredible power to do something, be someone, or create an influence that can shape the world in which we live. Because she believes children hold the potential for changing the world, today, tomorrow, or years from now, she feels learning institutions have an obligation to children to help foster that developing potential from within.
