Dr. Kristofer Sippel was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. Kristofer is married to his wife, Rita, and has two sons, Kristofer Jr. and Kenneth as well as two daughters, Katie and Kamrie. He holds a Bachelors in English and a Masters in school administration as well as his administrative certification; in 2010 he received his Doctorate in school administration.

Dr. Sippel has been with Learning Center Public Schools since its inception back in 2005 serving as the Principal of San Tan Learning Center for five years. Dr. Sippel is currently the Superintendent of Learning Center Public Schools where he manages the day-to-day operations and the growth and development of a hyper-growth charter school district.

Dr. Sippel has received numerous awards and recognition. Most recently he was featured in Go Gilbert magazine as a top private school educator. Additionally he has served as a Library Board Member, Parks and Recreation Board Member, and a City Council Member for the City of Apache Junction. Dr. Sippel is also active throughout the Town of Gilbert. Most notable is his service as a member of the Public Policy Committee for the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce and the St. Mary Magdalene Boy Scouts Pack 522 Committee. He is currently a member of the American Association of School Administrators, Association of Curriculum and Instruction, and the Arizona Charter School Association.

Dr. Sippel believes that an inclusive collaborative process with a shared vision and the students at the center of all decisions, San Tan is sure to continue the highest levels of student achievement.
